Locus is the the boss of the tier 5 dungeon, Forge of Corruption. Visually, it resembles a giant insectoid, with its head and six legs poking out of a massive hole located at the top of the boss room.

The Locus attacks by shooting 7 rows of bullets downward in a radial pattern from its head, with 3 bullets in each row. During the boss fight, Fort Defenders are occasionally spawned inside the boss room.

In order to defeat it, the player must first destroy its legs on both sides, and then attack the head.
