Ninsa Lake is a region in the Heartland located between the Demesne of the Unseen and the Ruins of Sagila.
It contains the tier 7 dungeon Will-o'-the-Wisp Forest, surrounded on all sides by the lake.

At the heart of the Demesne of the Unseen lies a lake of crystal clear water and an island of unfathomable natural beauty and energy. The local animals do not drink from the lake, nor bath within it. And though a few elder druids have claimed to have seen the lake and its island, none have touched either. To hear them tell the tale, something lives upon the island of such immense power that they can feel it long before the lake is visible. It's as if the jungle itself looks upon them, and none have stood against its withering stare.
