Cylindro is a mash-up of the Cylinder Man and the Craftsman. He resembles the Cylinder Man with the face of the Craftsman. He also has a pair of legs.

- The original idea for Cylindro was submitted by sean.tho on the Survived By forums[1] and voted to become official on a poll made on August 30, 2018.[2]
- Cylindro was revealed and discussed in Devstream #12.
- According to the stream, the legs were added to Cylindro's design in order to give him a way to move around.
- One of the ideas would be letting him roll around, but it remained unused due to the perspective of the game.
